With a Sidekick deployed at a location, end users can securely and remotely access the Web Server of an IP Phone to assist in troubleshooting and provisioning. In order to access the IP Phone Web Server from the Reply Cloud portal, you must first validate that the Web Server on the IP Phone has been enabled for HTTP. Once the Web Server is enabled, click on the ‘Access IP Phone’ icon under the manage column in the devices table.
Once you click ‘Launch’, a new tab will open in your browser with access to the selected IP Phone’s web server. You may need to disable pop-up blocker in your browser in order for the new tab to launch.
