Activate the location

When there is a new Sidekick ordered, you will see the location on the Locations tab in the Reply Portal. The location’s row will have the Activation Code (only used if you are activating via the Mobile App and not the portal) as well as the shipping tracking number when it is available. When the Sidekick arrives, simply click the activate button under the manage column to activate the Sidekick at this location.

Enter the MAC address of the Sidekick. The system will validate that the MAC address is correct and ready to activate by showing a Green Check to the right of the field. Once the MAC address is validated, click ‘Next’ and follow the on screen instructions to complete the Sidekick activation and installation.
