Sending Desktop App Invitations

To control the distribution of the Reply Cloud Network Assessment Test, you have a Desktop Apps section on the left menu of your Partner Portal. From here you can create a location name and either attach it to an existing customer or create a new customer name.

These locations will be included in your portal along with the performance data alongside any Reply Sidekick locations if you are using both product types. Please note that there are no controls to run the software remotely from the portal, and the data displayed reflects tests that your customers have run from their PC or MAC.
